Refund Policy

At Sing Out, Louise!, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love what you wear. Because our items are made-to-order and/or fulfilled through third-party production partners, our refund and return policy is structured as follows:

1. Return & Refund Timeframe

Customers must submit a return or refund request within 14 days of delivery (as confirmed by tracking). Requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for return or refund unless required by law.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

We will provide a full refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect size due to production error

  • Incorrect design sent

You must provide:

  • Clear photo(s) of the item

  • Photo of packaging

  • Order number

If approved, we will:

  • Issue a full refund (including shipping), OR

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost

3. Incorrect Size Ordered by Customer

If a customer orders the wrong size:

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • We may offer a one-time exchange at the customer’s expense.

  • Customer must pay return shipping and replacement shipping.

We strongly encourage customers to review the size chart before ordering.

4. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Ordering the wrong size (unless due to manufacturing error)

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 5–10 business days

  • Subject to standard banking timelines

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if:

  • The returned item is worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • The return is missing original packaging

  • The return does not meet policy criteria

6. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.

7. Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Clearance items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Limited edition drops (if stated at time of purchase)

8. Donations

Any/all donations given individually or as part of an order are non-refundable.
